The little building you see next to the main house is the water well house - home of the water filter, softener, valves etc.
You'll see a small fence on the property next to the pool. This fence is NOT the property line - it's just meant to be a enclosed area with nice green grass next to the pool.
The spacious property will give all your family/friends and pets plenty of space and privacy. Lock the gates and keep the children in and others out.
