This is how it works:
- Check if the house is available at your desired timeframe. You can do so either by checking the avability calendar or contacting me (Bastian Buss, the home owner) by phone or eMail. If you sent me an eMail, or leave a message on my voicemail, I'll call you back as soon as possible.
- Receive booking confirmation, the rental rules/aggreement and your invoice by eMail/Fax.
- Sign rental rules/aggreement and send it back by eMail/Fax or regular mail.
If any possible, please Fax, scan and eMail the documents. Processing through regular mail takes much longer.
- Make your payment through your favorite payment option.
- This is the most important step: Enjoy your vacation. Usually we will have a service person at the house to show you around, explain ho to turn the secuity system/surveillance cameras off and finally check you in. If for some reason this is not possible you'll be provided with a code which will give you access to the house.
- Once you left the house after your vacation, you'll get the unused amount of your security/damage and electric deposit back.
