If you need to cancel your booking, the cancellation fee is calculated in percent.
The fee varies depending of the total amount of rent for the desired time of stay (not including cleaning fees or security deposits).
Cancellation fees:
Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days days prior the arriving date are subjected to a 25% Cancellation fee, not less than $200 whichever is greater.
Cancellations made twenty-nine (29) or less days prior the arriving date are subjected to a 75% Cancellation fee, not less than $350 whichever is greater.
Example:
The rent is $1000 plus $300 security deposit plus $100 cleaning fee.
A cancellation fee of 25% would be $250 (cancellation fee applies to the rent only).
