The house has been build in the mid seventies by a US-/German Couple. They took very good care and did some upgrades and necessary repairs. I own the house since 2008 and back then I decided to make this gorgeous place available for short and medium term (vacation) rentals.
No doubt - therefore it needed some improvements and changes. I wanted to make sure that every guest will be able to enjoy it's vacation and this place as much as I do.
