The big and open living-room is the center-point of the house. Enjoy the view into the yard, over the pool and towards the lake. If you find the time you can watch movies/play games on the nice wall mounted and back lid HD TV. The TV is equipped with surround sound and a game console.
The living-room is attached to a bathroom, both bedrooms, the kitchen and the screened patio towards the pool and backyard.
There are different sized sofas and chairs. This room is very spacious - I've seen whole families playing board games on the floor.
You'll also find some books, puzzles etc in case you're looking for a relaxing day in the house instead of laying in the spa or at the pool.
During the winter-time you're able to use the open fireplace (wood) for a romantic and relaxing evening.
If you can't sleep at night, feel free to use the telescope and watch the stars.
