You might know it by now: I, the home owner am living in Germany. I had a great few years with this property and wonderful guests. Still - being overseas and managing this property to ensure a great vacation for all my guests is a real challenge and extreme difficult.

This is why You have the chance to place a bid on this house. It's a great place to reside, but the way it's set up, it's also a great opportunity for You, if you are a sophisticated investor. This house is ready to accommodate guests and generate income.

As of today I'm not 100% sure, if the place will be sold or not. I'm accepting offers and therefor I do not accept any bookings at this time.

If you look for a place to stay during summer, keep checking. If I don't sell the place, I'll accept bookings again at a later time. If the place gets sold, you might be able to still book later, if the buyer decides to keep it as a great place for vacationers who are looking for  a nice, unique place for a relaxing vacation.

The house is on two lots, approx. 0.74 acres. There is one more room, besides the detached 3 door garage which is not shown on the pictures here. This room is locked and not part of the rental. This would either be a large 3rd bedroom or remain the new owners private area while the house is rented out. This room has it's independent AC/Heater (Heat Pump) through the wall (not window).
