On the property (within the fence) you'll find plenty of parking space for cars/boats etc. I guess, you should be able to park up to 6 cars on the property.
Additional space can be found upfront the fence. Here you should be able to park up to 4 more cars. Since this house will never sleep more than 10 (usually 6) persons, you should have plenty of parking space for all your cars and other toys.
Attention: Parking or driving on the grass or in the backyard is prohibited. You're only allowed to drive/park on the concrete driveway or under the carport.
The carport is protecting your car or boat from the sun or other weather conditions. The carport can hold up to two cars, depending on their size. From the carport you have direct access to the house (just in case it's raining - which is for sure not happening too often here in Texas).
