The patio is located on the rear side of the house, right beside the pool.
The patio can be entered from three different areas: Living-Room, Master-Bedroom, Laundry-Room.
The biggest part of the patio is screened to keep the mosquitoes out.
On the open patio you'll find the BBQ grill (propane), a small fridge, the outside shower for the pool and the spa and for sure the spa itself.
You'll find different sized tables, ten chairs and a couple of beach chairs.
In between the patio and the pool, within the little fence is an area of steady watered grass. This area is half under a tree - depending on the spot you choose and the daytime you have sun or shade. So this is actually a perfect spot to just lay outside and enjoy nice days.
Attention: If you want to lay here: Please don't forget to temporary turn the automatic water sprinkler off. This will prevent you, your towel and other things from getting wet (detailed instructions are at the house).
