For vacations more than two (2) weeks, an additional $200.00 will be applied.
Minimum stay:
2 nights on weekends
3 nights on weekdays - you can stay two nights only, but then the higher weekend rate will apply.
Holidays:
The rate for holidays, no matter which season will be the high/peak season rate. The holiday rates are always effective on the holiday itself and two nights prior/after.

*If you stay at least 2 weeks: A weekly touch up cleaning for up to 2 hours is included in the rental rate. Monthly bookings are paid in advance for up to two month. If you stay longer you have to pay only two month upfront and after each month make an advance payment for the upcoming month.
Maximum occupancy:
The house and the rental rates are set up for 6 persons. Parties up to 9 are accepted, but need prior approval. Additional persons need to be willing to bring air mattresses or something similar and are subjected a one time, per head fee:
$75/child; $150/adult.
Pets:
Pets considered, but pet fee will apply. Please contact for further details.
Electric:
A basic amount of electric is included in the rental rate (100kWh/booked night).
Our experience shows that the amount of used electric for this house, depending on the usage of the heater/air conditioner, freezers and other appliances varies between 50kWh and 150kWh/day.
The meter will be read when you arrive at the house and when you leave the house after your vacation.
In case you've used more than the included amount of electric, we'll easily deduct the additional amount from your security/damage deposit.
Electric rate per additional used kWh: 0.14 USD**.
Note: Monthly rental rates do NOT include electric. The cost will be calculated and billed after every month.
Cleaning:
The cleaning fee is for a regular cleaning. To keep the cleaning cost that low, we need you to do the following things prior your departure (please check your rental agreement for more details):
- Empty the trash cans inside the house
- Start first load of laundry (towels, bed sheets - whatever is the easiest for you).
Note: You can't take care of the whole cleaning process yourself. Reason for doing so is that we want to make sure that you and also the next renter will arrive at a clean house, which we just can't guarantee if every renter takes care of the cleaning himself.
Taxes:
All taxes are already included in the published rates, unless stated otherwise.

Other fees like cleaning, daily maid etc are subjected to sales tax.
